Meet Halo, a delightful 2 year old Carolina Dog mix with a heart full of playfulness. He was stuck in a shelter in south Texas and unable to be viewed by the public, or adopted since know one knew of him, simply due to space and over-crowding. He is fond of smiling and sticking his tongue out for his pictures!

Halo's playful nature shines through in every wag of his tail and bounce in his step. He adores interactive play and has a particular fondness for fetching balls – watching him sprint across the yard to retrieve his favorite toy is a joy in itself. Halo's enthusiasm is infectious, and he's always ready for a game of tug-of-war or a round of catch with his human friends.

Despite his active play style, Halo is also a sweetheart. He loves human companionship and thrives on positive interactions. He's known for his friendly demeanor and has a penchant for showering his favorite people with affectionate nudges and gentle paw taps.
