Is she part hyena? Part bat-eared fox? We have no idea, but meet Annie!

Annie comes to us from a local vet assistant school program where she was a participant in student learning. Originally from a small shelter, they rescued her for her temperament and overall ability to be handled by a variety of people as they learned.

Once the semester was over, we were contacted and agreed to bring Annie into rescue at CRR. She is with us and we love her….she loves us, but HATES the center environment, it is way too loud for her.

Annie has spent most of her life in a shelter. She is super smart, loves walking and playing and having a stable routine. She would love a quiet home, the exact OPPOSITE of the shelter, where she could enjoy a new family and life. She prefers the company of another dog.

Beneath her shy exterior lies a heart full of untapped affection and loyalty. When approached with patience and understanding, Annie's cautious demeanor softens, revealing a gentle soul eager to connect.
