Oreo

Without a home since Feb. 2024

Oreo is a 3 year old spayed female Black Lab/terrier mix who is looking for her new home. As with most of our dogs, she found herself out of time at a shelter and we were contacted to save her life in the last hours before she was euthanized.

Oreo is potty-trained, good with other dogs, although does best with male dogs, is good with kids and walks well on leash.

While she has a goofy, fun personality, Oreo also has a side that needs and wants structure. She needs a family that will understand the importance of a balanced schedule - active play and learning time combined with equal amounts of relaxed down time to rest and reset.

This doesn't mean she can't have fun with you. She loves being around her people and is eager to learn and please them. She would be okay with another dog that also understands structure and boundaries, or she’d be fine as the one and only princess in your family.

Oreo has a lot of love to share with the family that understands how to help me continue to thrive through exercise and engagement.
