Gumbo

Gumbo is a sweet 7 year old male Catahoula mix who weights 57 lbs. and is looking for his forever home. He came to us via a partnership with the Humane Society of Central TX where he was not thriving in their busy shelter environment and had started to lose weight and become depressed. They asked if we could help and WE SURE COULD!

Gumbo has only been with us a short time, but he has stolen out hearts! He is wonderful to walk on leash, gentle and loving and is looking for a secure spot to call his own in the world.

Anyone looking for a relaxed, low-profile adult dog who enjoys naps in the sun and the occasional (aka, daily) extra treats and wants to spoil a senior dog, Gumbo is your guy!
